This will be the 13th Annual Summer Camp Music Festival. Taking place at Three Sisters Park in Chillicothe, IL (just 20 miles north of Peoria), the festival also features a kid’s camp, an extensive representation of non-profit organizations, on-site camping, lots of unique arts & craft artisans, a variety of good food and plenty of ice cold beer. The foothills of the Adirondack Mountains in upstate New York, also known as “The Leatherstocking Region” is home to Floodwood, the northeast’s newest progressive string band. While the band is merely a year old, there is already a huge buzz around this band as they’ve been tearing up festivals, PACS, & clubs on the east coast with their original brand of newgrass. The band is composed of Al Schnier & Vinnie Amico of moe., Jason Barady , Nick Piccininni and Zachary Fleitz.
